Psychotherapy.

  • Individual Psychotherapy.

By exploring emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and energy—both past and present—I work with you to build an authentic life of meaning and purpose. We will consider how social norms have squeezed you to conform to narrow ideals, or how you have outgrown your previous selves.

  • Couples Therapy.

It’s not you versus your partner. Together, we will explore knots, impasses, and dynamics which hold the relationship in a state of disconnection and miscommunication. Through practical tools and playful exercises, we will work towards a relationship that is fulfilling, playful, and safe.

  • Gay Men's Group Therapy.

In a group setting, we will find connection, community, and support while challenging interpersonal dynamics and embracing conflict. By learning and practicing how to be authentic and vulnerable in the presence of others, we build skills to expand emotional intimacy beyond the therapy room.

I currently offer both in-person and virtual psychotherapy at myTherapyNYC, a group practice located in the Financial District of Manhattan.
